Hello!! I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia that has 8 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, and adults. I have provided individual and family therapy sessions in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I have an extensive history in crisis management and helping clients work toward achieving their treatment goals. I believe in using a person-centered approach, individualizing treatment goals, and meeting clients where they are. I have experience in helping both adults and adolescents with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma-related symptoms, work-related stress, & depression.
