I know the decision to seek therapy and to find the ‘right’ therapist is not an easy one. So, I do my best to provide the mental guidance and emotional balance that you may be looking for. My approach is eclectic but I think a touch of humor is essential to ease the anxieties and to bring about that elusive feeling of emotional stability.
