I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with a total of 33 years of professional work experience. I have provided counseling to persons of all ages, from the ages of 4 to 94! I have successfully treated depression, anxiety, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. I have utilized a variety of treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, or EMDR.
