Thomika Andrews is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience in the field of Social Work. She holds licenses in both Louisiana and Texas and has worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, parenting problems, career challenges, end stage renal disease, and ADHD. Thomika’s therapy style is eclectic, combining cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, client-centered, psychodynamic, and logo therapy approaches. This allows her to tailor the dialog and treatment plan to suit each individual’s specific needs. She firmly believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and strives to meet clients where they are, calibrating treatment and her approach to best help them achieve their treatment goals.
