Tiffany Zelek

Hello! My name is Tiffany and I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety and depression through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as mindfulness based interventions. I am a certified yoga instructor, with training in meditation practices and I enjoy incorporating movement and breathe work in to my practice. Additionally, I specialize in grief and loss counseling. I believe that by examining and learning the process of grief and loss; individuals can better understand their personal journey and begin to move towards acceptance and healing. I also have experience assisting clients with life changes, managing daily stress, and building self esteem and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear or judgment.
