Hello, My name is Tisheila and I am an LCSW in Florida. I have 12 years experience as a therapist and case manager. I have worked with all age groups throughout my career ranging from 2 years old all the way up to 105 years old! I have worked with people battling depression, anxiety, grief, career crisis, pre-marital counseling, and child custody issues. I have experience working in Child Welfare, adoptions, private practice, in home counseling, hospital, and in the school. My counseling style is interactive, encouraging, and diverse. I like to work with the clients to develop a plan that is going to work specifically for them. I utilize solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and psychodynamic counseling. I adapt the counseling techniques as we work together, so it progresses with my client! Change is very hard, but with the right tools and skills people can overcome any challenging situation.
