Tom Meredith

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is also certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I provide individual, group, and family counseling on the premise that we desire a vital, authentic, honest, kind, and open engagement with life. I believe we all seek genuine, and sustainable, relationships. If you would like to work with me, my goal (hope) for therapy would be to provide a setting in which you can feel comfortable enough to explore those aspects of your life which feel “off,” “stuck,” and/or problematic, in order to gain some traction and to begin to develop a more satisfying day-to-day life experience.
