About Toni-Lynn Chetirkin's service

I am a California licensed psychotherapist with over 17 years of professional experience in both private practice and educational setting. My theoretical orientation is influenced by the fields of Art Therapy, existential psychology, and mind-body psychology. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and lead by the assumption that all people have the innate ability to heal themselves when they are open to expanding self-aware so as to access their mind-body’s natural tendency to move toward balance, integration, and adaptation. My therapeutic techniques range from EMDR, solution-focused CBT, art therapy, Hatha yoga breathing principles, mind-body relaxation techniques, and somatic experiencing. Making the decision to reach out for help is an important first step on your healing journey.
