Tracie Henderson

Tracie Henderson is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over nine years of experience in the mental health field. She utilizes a multifaceted approach to counseling, incorporating client-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients gain a deeper level of self-awareness. Tracie also integrates mindfulness techniques to assist clients in achieving a state of focused relaxation. Her specialties lie in working with young adults and adults who are facing challenges with depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, life transitions, acculturation, and interpersonal relationships. Tracie is particularly passionate about working with people of color and aims to remove the stigma surrounding mental health and therapy in our communities. She believes that it is okay to not be okay and is dedicated to providing support and guidance during life’s many challenges.
