Tracie Henderson (LPC)

I am a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over nine years experience in the mental health field. Although I utilize a multifaceted approach to counseling including a client centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the goal of assisting the client to gain a deeper level of awareness within themselves. I also incorporate mindfulness to assist the client to achieve a state of focused relaxation. My specialties include young adults and adults experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, anger, self esteem, changes of life, acculturation, and interpersonal challenges. In addition, I have a strong passion for working with people of color and removing the stigma of mental health and therapy from our communities. It okay to not be okay.
