Tracy Dowling is a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of expertise in the mental health field. Having obtained a Masters of Science degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas in 2000, Tracy has successfully worked with a diverse range of clients including children, teens, families, groups, and individuals. Tracy’s extensive knowledge and skills enable her to address various concerns and needs such as depression, stress, anxiety, family and relationship issues, parenting concerns, career challenges, workplace problems, addictions, and trauma/abuse. Tracy’s counseling style is characterized by warmth and interactivity, ensuring that she tailors her approach and treatment plan to suit the unique needs of each client. She predominantly employs a Cognitive Behavioral approach (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to assist clients in gaining insight into their current struggles and developing effective strategies and tools for immediate progress and positive life changes. Tracy is dedicated to providing unwavering support, encouragement, and guidance throughout the therapeutic journey, helping clients set goals, measure progress, and navigate every step along the way.
