About Tracy Hacker's service

Tracy Hacker is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas and the College of St. Catherine. After an accident almost took her life, Tracy felt compelled to pursue social work so that she could help others the way social workers helped with her own recovery. In her near decade of service, she has specifically focused on helping individuals and families cope with trauma, grief, and loss. Her use of evidence-based therapies and experience counseling those from diverse groups and backgrounds, including her experience in group, family, and individual counseling and treatment in outpatient, inpatient, home, and community-based settings, helps her clients to navigate the path from crisis to stability, make positive changes, and achieve their goals.
