Hello! Congratulations on taking the first step to a healthier you. My name is Tracy Turner and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals of all ages who have experienced a significant life change, depression, anxiety, family conflict, and trauma/abuse. My therapeutic approach is client-centered; you are the expert on your life experiences. I believe in building relationships and treating people with respect and dignity in a safe, judgment-free environment. I use a variety of different approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, and trauma-focused therapy that is rooted in a strengths-based approach.
