I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin with 6 years of professional work experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults that have dealt with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, self-esteem, confidence, phase of life difficulties, substance use challenges, relationship issues, and parenting problems. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, or sexual and emotional abuse. My style is warm and interactive, but also direct to help clients get to the root of the issue or problem and start making positive changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach to therapy combines person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and motivational Interviewing techniques. However, I will tailor your therapy session and treatment plan to meet your specific needs. It takes courage to make changes so you can have a happier and more fulfilling life.
