I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker with over 19 years of experience working in mental health, substance abuse, and medical social work. I enjoy working with individuals attempting to cope with an array of concerns including depression, anxiety, family or relationship issues, career challenges, substance abuse, and self-esteem. My therapy style is transparent and empathetic. Difficult questions about thoughts and feelings are necessary to assist in getting to the root of those issues that are depriving us from a happy and healthy life. My expectations from those I serve are transparency, trust, and respect. I am a solution-focused therapist who emphasizes on strengths. I use motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches. Ultimately, my goal is your goal, and we will develop a treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
