I am a mental health counselor, licensed in Florida with 10 years experience successfully treating clients with various concerns including addictions, anxiety and stress-related conditions, relationship issues, career challenges, panic, and ADHD. I have treated those with emotional and physical trauma as well, in addition to chronic pain. I focus on your strengths and provide solutions based on your needs. With a calm demeanor, listening ear, and intuitive nature, my therapy style is to offer a customized approach with guidance, validation, and empowerment. I interactively teach resilience by sharing somatic (mind/body) coping skills (polyvagal, tapping, mindfulness) to adapt to life’s trials. Other treatments include cognitive-behavioral and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), which combines CBT and mindfulness-simply living in the present moment.
