Tyesha Sullivan

Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have assisted individuals and couples through different journeys of life. I have experience with different levels of concerns ranging from Dissociation to Depression. Trauma and abuse are a couple of my main areas of focus. I am a Psychodynamic therapist, but am eclectic in my therapeutic approach. I prefer to to tailor sessions to my clients and their individuality. My style is warm and friendly. I use interventions from a wide range of styles such as, Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, Narrative, and Existential. I am interested in getting to the core of the issue and increasing self awareness. My belief is that knowing where the issue started and understanding oneself is key in healing and moving forward. I will provide a safe environment in which you are free to express your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I will then assist you in processing those thoughts and emotions to begin your healing journey.
