Life happens, therapy helps! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of professional work experience in the community and hospital settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression including post-partum, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I also enjoy working with Millennials & Gen-Z’s, discussing adulthood and ways to help navigate such. Your emotional well-being is just as important to us as breathing.
