I am licensed in VA and the District of Columbia with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with lgbt-related issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I have developed a niche in men’s issues and offer culturally aware treatment that ensures you, as the client, feel fully seen, heard, and understood. When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the nation’s capital, devouring the latest Goodreads climber, and accumulating stamps on my passport. My work is informed by a commitment to healing justice and fostering diversity and inclusion in all spaces. To accomplish this, I use several approaches that bolster your intrinsic strengths, aid you in shaking free of unhelpful narratives, deepen your sense of self-awareness, and allow you to heal collectively with natural supports.
