I am licensed in Maryland with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I believe life can leave footprints on our hearts and minds, this path can be challenging but with the help of a compassionate and understanding therapist those footprints can be redirected to a desired path of a healthy mind and heart. Symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, anger and other mental health issues are manageable with the proper tools and support. Replacing harmful thoughts with positive thoughts reinforces good mental health.
