I am a licensed Social Worker in Michigan with over 4 years of professional work experience. I have over 10 years of experience working in a hospital setting and over a year of working in private practice. My work at the hospital has reminded me everyday just how precious life is. I have had the rewarding experience to work with people who were young, in their elder years, and in between. I have been privileged to assist individuals and families in different challenges and in navigating different stages of life. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & depression. Life can be complicated and challenging at times. Sometimes, an outside perspective or someone to walk along with you through a challenge is needed. I am dedicated to helping empower individuals, couples and families. My approach focuses on developing coping skills, assisting in creating a long-term plan, and getting down in the trenches with you to help find a way out. I am committed to providing a confidential, safe, person centered and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, struggles, and goals. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
