Valeria Franco

Valeria Franco is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, with extensive experience in working with a diverse range of populations. Graduating from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Valeria has honed her skills in guiding clients towards finding effective coping mechanisms for a variety of mental health challenges. With a particular focus on the geriatric population, Valeria has developed a strong understanding of how to address issues such as depression, anxiety, Bipolar and Schizophrenia diagnoses, trauma, substance abuse, and grief. Valeria’s approach is eclectic, drawing from various therapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus, Motivational Interviewing, and other modalities to provide holistic support for her clients’ well-being.
