I am licensed in New Jersey with 7 years of professional work experience. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your strengths and turn them into effective coping strategies to manage your life transitions, reduce stressors and anxiety, improve mood and change patterns of behavior and relationships. As your therapist I will be working at your pace to assist you on your personal journey. Please be advised that my typical office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-3pm EST, with my last live session be scheduled at 2pm. I try my best to accommodate evening appointments when necessary, but if you’re primarily looking for consistent appointments outside of these hours a therapist with evening/weekend hours may be better suited for you.
