Vicky Tovar is a highly experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping her clients overcome their daily battles. With an undergraduate degree from ESU and a master’s degree in Counseling from UTSA, Vicky has the knowledge and expertise to guide her clients towards solutions that fit their individual needs. Having personally struggled with anxiety, Vicky brings a unique perspective to her practice and is passionate about helping others navigate their own anxiety and stress. Fluent in Spanish, she also has extensive experience working with bilingual clients and families. In therapy sessions with Vicky, clients can expect a mix of laughter, sarcasm, and compassion. She believes in creating a comfortable and inspiring environment where clients can feel at ease and empowered to make positive changes. Vicky treats everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and understands that seeking therapy takes courage.
