Whitney Scheef (LPC)

I am licensed in Texas with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have a Certification for Clinical Trauma (Professional level II) and also have an additional certification in treating victims of trauma from narcissistic abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where they can feel like themselves and not worry about outside judgement. I understand better than most therapists what it’s like being in need and not knowing where to turn and I feel this is reflected in my understanding, personable nature and overall counseling approach.
