Using a relational, holistic, and integrative approach I seek to facilitate healing and change. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, dedicating myself to your best interest and a nonjudgmental space, where you will receive genuine support and gentle guidance. Informed by my education and training, I tailor my approach to each client. I have diverse professional experience working with various degrees and forms of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, life transitions, self harm, autism, trauma, etc. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
