I received my MSW in 2001 and my LISW in 2008. My primary experience is with veterans with serious and persistent mental illness ranging from depression to bipolar disorder, and up to schizophrenia. Most of my clients are also dual diagnosis having problems with alcohol and drug addictions. I also work in a separate field of medical social work and have been working in the home health field since 2004. There I assist clients and families in developing a long-term care plan, accessing community resources, and completing healthcare powers of attorney and living wills.
