Zoey Nelson

Zoey Nelson is a licensed professional counselor with three years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. Zoey utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, emotional regulation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing. She specializes in helping individuals struggling with low self-esteem, negative self-talk, anxiety, depression, anger management, coping with life changes, foster care/adoption, family conflict, troubled parent-child relationships, and a history of trauma. Zoey creates a safe and collaborative space for her clients, providing gentle and compassionate support to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. She is dedicated to empowering her clients and looks forward to working with them.
