Subscriptions

Certain parts of our Service are available through subscription (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), typically monthly.

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions at the end of each Billing Cycle, unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You can manage your Subscription renewal through your online account or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to process Subscription payments. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, authorizing us to charge Subscription fees to your payment method.

Should automatic billing fail for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice with a deadline for manual payment corresponding to the billing period indicated on the invoice.

Free Trial

We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period at our discretion. If you sign up for a Free Trial, you may need to provide your billing information.

At the end of the Free Trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees unless you cancel your Subscription.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of the Free Trial offer or cancel it without notice.

Fee Changes

We may modify Subscription fees for Subscriptions at any time. Such changes will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice to allow you to terminate your Subscription before the fee change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

Refunds

Unless required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Content

All content on this Service is the property of Therapy Comparison or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use this Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without our express written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, and you agree not to use it:
